First of all...

Linking crew isn't an ability. However, if you have a situation where you obviously have more crew tokens than cargo spaces, you must show your opponent the linked crew. They still stay face down until you use the ability.

By fixing it, I mean that you cannot use captain blackheart and eliminate claude, but you can use your doctor to flip him face down. and you not only have an extra turn combo but a crew generator, too.

Yes, once the crew is flipped face up you cannot flip them face down. But I also think you cannot flip your crew face up because you feel like it.





The only time you could use the doctor's ability to flip Claude face down is when he is about to be eliminated. After that, you are free to use his ability again. However, you still need cargo space on your ship & available ship points to hold the additional crew!
